Dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness: four styles of behaviour, especially at work.

Is this an official DISC assessment?

There’s no single official DISC test; many companies sell their own versions. This is a free one with our own statements.

Is DISC accurate?

It’s a helpful shared language, but there’s little independent evidence behind it compared with the Big Five, which covers similar ground.
